Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using missionmeetstech.com or any MissionPulse service (ProposalPulse, MarketPulse, or any future product), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services. "MMT," "we," and "us" refer to Mission Meets Tech LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company.

2. Services Offered

MMT provides:

• ‣ Mission Meets Tech newsletter — federal health IT analysis and commentary
• ‣ Mission Meets Reality podcast — interviews and analysis
• ‣ ProposalPulse — AI-powered proposal document analysis and scoring
• ‣ MarketPulse — AI-generated tactical intelligence briefs for federal opportunities

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ProposalPulse scorecards, Red Team Reviews, and MarketPulse tactical briefs are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude). While we design our prompts and systems carefully:

• ‣ AI output is advisory, not definitive. It should inform your decisions, not replace professional judgment.
• ‣ Scores, ratings, and probability-of-win estimates are analytical opinions, not guarantees of contract award outcomes.
• ‣ We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated analysis.
• ‣ You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it in a proposal submission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ‣ Submit classified, export-controlled (ITAR/EAR), or government-restricted documents to any MMT service
• ‣ Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-access our services
• ‣ Attempt to circumvent usage limits, payment requirements, or access controls
• ‣ Resell, redistribute, or white-label MMT analysis without written permission
• ‣ Use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Your Content

Documents you upload to ProposalPulse remain your property. You grant MMT a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested analysis. We do not claim ownership of your documents, and we do not use your content for any purpose beyond providing our services. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.

6. Payments & Refunds

• ‣ Paid services are billed through Stripe.
• ‣ ProposalPulse includes 3 free assessments per email address. Additional assessments require purchase.
• ‣ Subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
• ‣ If an analysis fails to generate due to a system error, we will re-credit your usage or issue a refund within 7 business days.
• ‣ We do not offer refunds for completed analyses that you disagree with, since AI output is advisory by nature.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our services depend on third-party infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe) that may experience outages beyond our control. We will communicate scheduled maintenance and known outages when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMT's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost contract awards.

9. Intellectual Property

The Mission Meets Tech name, logo, MissionPulse, ProposalPulse, and MarketPulse brands, website design, newsletter content, podcast episodes, and analysis frameworks are the property of Mission Meets Tech LLC. You may share links to our content. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use and classified information provisions. If we terminate your account for cause, no refund is owed. You may delete your account at any time by emailing mary@missionmeetstech.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
