What Happens When You Upload a Proposal

  1. 1. Document travels over TLS 1.2+ to Netlify's SOC 2 infrastructure.
  2. 2. We extract text. Original file is not stored.
  3. 3. Text sent to Anthropic Claude API. Their policy: inputs never used to train models (default for all API customers).
  4. 4. Scorecard stored in Supabase on AWS, AES-256 encrypted at rest.
  5. 5. After 90 days, document text permanently purged. Scorecards retained.

What We Do NOT Do

  • Don't sell, share, or license your data
  • Don't use proposals to train any AI model
  • Don't store original uploaded files
  • Don't allow cross-user data access (email-scoped)
  • Don't process classified, ITAR, or export-restricted material

Encryption

In Transit

TLS 1.2+ on all connections between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs.

At Rest

AES-256 encryption on all database storage (Supabase on AWS).

Payment

Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store card numbers.

Access Controls

Cryptographic HMAC token per scoring request. No guessable URLs. Server-side functions only — no client-side database access.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic Proposal analysis — No training on API inputs
Perplexity MarketPulse research — No training on API inputs
Supabase Database (AWS) — SOC 2, encrypted
Netlify Hosting / functions — SOC 2
Stripe Payments — PCI DSS Level 1
Resend Email delivery — SOC 2

Your Rights

  • Delete your data: email mary@missionmeetstech.com and we'll remove everything within 30 days
  • Export your scorecards: request a copy of all your assessment results
  • Ask anything: questions about how we handle your data are always welcome

What Happens When You Request a MarketPulse Brief

  1. 1. Your research question travels over TLS 1.2+ to Netlify's SOC 2 infrastructure.
  2. 2. Query sent to Anthropic Claude API and Perplexity API for research. Neither trains on API inputs.
  3. 3. Generated report stored in Supabase on AWS, AES-256 encrypted at rest.
  4. 4. Report PDF delivered to your email via Resend (SOC 2).
  5. 5. Query text retained for quality assurance. Reports retained while account active.

What We Do NOT Do with MarketPulse Data

  • Don't share your research questions with other customers
  • Don't use your queries to train any AI model
  • Don't sell or license your data
