What you get when it ships
Every Section L instruction mapped to the Section M evaluation factor it serves. Missing-mapping flags surface before pink team.
Every "shall," "will," and "must" extracted, deduped, and tagged by category (technical, management, past performance, pricing).
Reads each section as the SSEB would. Flags ambiguous language, missing discriminators, and Section M criteria the proposal doesn't address head-on.
Cross-references CHPL, FedRAMP, CMMC, SCA wage floors, and Section 508 against your draft. Same engine as Compliance Check.
