ADVOCATE moved from solicitation to performers on September 9, 2026 (Atman Health, Tempus AI and UpDoc on the patient-facing agent; Stanford on the supervisory agent; Duke and Kaiser Permanente on implementation), and the agency has launched SPECTRA, SURPASS, BIOGAMI and a biosensors effort since mid-September. The four Mission Office ISOs stay open on a rolling basis; there are no open SBIR/STTR topics right now. The FY2027 request is $945M, $555M below FY2026's $1.5B, and FY2027 opened October 1, 2026 under a continuing resolution to December 11, 2026.
