General Services Administration
Leadership and Vehicle Ownership

Current as of August 25, 2026 • Administrator: Edward C. Forst (sworn in Dec 24, 2025) • FAS reorganized into five portfolios May 1, 2026
← GSA profile
The category offices are gone. On May 1, 2026, FAS scrapped the ITC/PSHC category-office model for five portfolios (Assist, Centralize, Create, Deliver, Optimize) plus a new Office of Transform for AI and automation, explicitly tied to the workforce and procurement-consolidation executive orders. Practical upshot for our readers: the Office of Acquisition Solutions Development (ASD) in the Create portfolio now owns MAS, the IT GWACs (Alliant 3, Polaris), and OASIS+. If your capture notes still route OASIS+ questions to PSHC or Alliant questions to ITC, they are pointing at offices that no longer exist.
